Honey Butter Cornbread

My Honey Butter Cornbread is one of my favorite barbecue sides that is always a crowd favorite. It is super easy and pairs well with a homemade raspberry honey butter. I usually just buy some whipped honey butter from my local grocery store and add some homemade raspberry jam to it for a nice fresh and sweet topping.

I always like to use a cast iron pan to bake the cornbread in. If you don’t already have one, I have linked the one that I have used for years here.

I recommend greasing the cast iron pan with 1 TB of butter before dumping in the batter. Swirl the butter around to coat the pan.
